About This Temple
The Vishalakshi Shaktipeeth is a Hindu temple in Varanasi, India, dedicated to the goddess Vishalakshi, a form of Devi Parvati. Located on Meer Ghat beside the Ganges River, it is considered one of the most sacred Shakti Peethas, where the earrings of Goddess Sati are believed to have fallen.
