About This Temple
Tripurmalini Shakti Peeth is a sacred Shakti temple located in Jalandhar, Punjab, India, and is counted among the traditional 51 Shakti Peethas. It is believed that the left breast of Goddess Sati fell at this site, making it a spiritually powerful place of worship. The temple honors Goddess Tripurmalini, representing divine feminine energy, and devotees worship her for blessings, prosperity, and spiritual fulfilment. The temple complex includes a large sacred tank (talab), and it is also known as Devi Talab Mandir. Worship here is accompanied by special rituals, and many devotees visit especially on Sundays, Tuesdays, and during festivals like Navratri and Durga Puja.
