The Bhaviṣya Purāṇa is one of the eighteen Mahāpurāṇas and is traditionally attributed to Sage Vyasa. The name “Bhaviṣya” means “future”, and as the title suggests, this Purāṇa focuses on predictions, future events, and forthcoming ages of the world.
